Introduction

The income generated from the assets of the Local body are classified as Non Tax items Daily/Weekly Shandies, Bus stand entrance, Pay and Use, Public Toilets, Parking Lots and Rent collected from the shopping complexes, Loges, Community Halls etc. are accounted here. Auction will be conducted in accordance with government orders. The above income may be created by the concerned Town Panchayat by council resolution.
